When is the conference and how can I access it?

APW 2021 will be taking place from 21st - 24th June 2021. We hope this date falls in the semester break for applicants. We will be hosting the conference using a variety of platforms; however, zoom will be the primary medium of interaction over the course of the conference. All delegates will need to be able to access zoom.

Who can apply?

We accept applications from anyone who is currently a university student or young professional and has an interest in the Asia and/or Pacific regions. Young professionals must be within 2 years of graduating. Delegate applications will open on the 29th of March 2021. Please see our ‘Delegate Applications’ page on the website or our social media pages for our application link. This year we will be accepting 80 delegates to attend the online conference.

What should I expect?

This year our conference will follow a similar online format as the one developed last year. Please see the APW 2020 conference booklet here which includes the schedule for 2020.

What's included in the delegate parcels?

Each delegate will receive a prepared parcel with conference merchandise, useful items for the conference, and some surprise items that we will be using for our various “special projects” events. Below is a snapshot of what your box may have looked like last year!
